Yes. We only offer the exact items that we currently have in stock – so you will always receive the product shown on the item page.
You can pay for your order in the following ways:
- Bank transfer with a 3% discount.
- Paypal
- Credit card
It is very important to us that shipping is as secure and smooth as possible. That’s why we ship within Germany with standard UPS or DHL.
For shipping within the EU, we use UPS (exception: Italy, where we use DHL Express).
Worldwide shipping is via UPS Express.
Please note that any import duties, taxes and fees that may apply are not included in the item price or shipping costs and are your own responsibility.
We are subject to the statutory warranty provision for consumers of 24 months.
In principle, we also grant you a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, within which you can return your purchased item without giving a reason.
Shipping costs vary depending on the country:
- Germany €7
- Europe €25
- Worldwide €85
Of course – we ship worldwide with only a few exceptions.

In Germany, you will usually receive your item within 2 working days, and within the EU in about 3 to 4 working days.
Worldwide, the delivery time is between 4 and 6 days, depending on the destination country.

We always take the utmost care when checking our items: We test the mechanics and electronics of each camera as thoroughly as possible and take a close look at the lenses and mechanics of all lenses.
If any defects are found, we hand the item over to our in-house technician, who overhauls the parts in question and fixes any problems that arise.
Of course, despite intensive testing, it can happen that we miss a minor error. In this case, we will of course take back the item in question without a lot of bureaucracy.
The majority of our cameras are fully functional. However, we also regularly offer pure collector’s items that have a high value despite their defects.
Please always pay attention to the respective item description, in which we point out any defects or flaws.
